Add a teammate
Creates a login with a default password. Share the email + default password with them directly.
Assign applicants
Assign unassigned assessments in a niche to a reviewer. Reviewers only see what's assigned to them.
"Assign" adds more to this reviewer for this niche. "Reduce" removes that many of their current assignments (unreviewed ones removed first, so completed reviews aren't lost unless necessary).
